The place used to be very nice. The super would come within minutes of a phone call and they would go around with a stick with a point on it(not sure of what it's called) and pick up garbage. The rent only went up about $10.00 a year and it was nice. Now, oh my God!!!! What a bunch of slum lords. I probably will be the one person who will sue when I leave. They will try to make me responsible for all the loser appliances, rug that hasn't been changed in 20 years, rusted sinks that they tried to make me pay for, broken oven and the list can go on. I'm so out of here this year. Please, talk to some of the people before you move in here. SLUM LORDS!!!!
