Moveing Out Couldn't Sound Better. Read this before renting Wyndmoor From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/23/2007 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2006   Wyndmoore would fit well in Brooklyn NY. The tenants are terrible neighbors. Loud music and slamming front doors all night long. The DEA and local police came around asking about the people across from us who were supposedly arrested for running a drug operation from their apartment. The buildings are so old the outlets and fixtures fall out of the walls. You can hear everything the neighbors do walking, slamming doors and beeping their car alarms at all hours of the night. The outside of each apartment is horrific. Rusted Bikes, dying plants, TONS cigarette butts (Building 6) and cat piss is everywhere' Each tenant must have at least two cats and they roam free. The service people here start a job and never complete anything. Half of our building has new railings and the other half was never completed from 05. That s two years! If you plan on doing laundry you better buy extra money because half of the machines are broken for over a year now. It is so bright from all the unnecessary lights in the parking lot at night you won t catch a minute of sleep If you like bugs then you will love Wyndmoore. If you love dents in your car doors then you will love it here If you like trash bins that stink up the neighborhood then you will love the trashy neighbors Only one door has a dead bolt and you are not allowed to add a second one. Does that make sense' The windows barely close, the appliances are all low end appliances and you better prey the do not break. I waited a full year for a new air conditioner and in the winter its bitter cold. The grass is just like the shrubs DEAD They rent to just about anyone who is breathing. English is not a requirement Do not rent here unless you don t plan on sleeping, having family over or living a quiet simple life. Prey your super is Jay or Pete. They are the only good thing about this place
