The guys in the rental office are either stupid or paranoid. Because of my job, i have to move. I went there to ask for the options. Those morons said they are very generous to give the buyout choice to their tenants who have lived for over a year. The option was that I should keep paying my rent till the lease expires and hand over the apartment to them right now. If I have to pay my rent till the end of lease, why would I give the keys to these stupid morons before moving.

Apartments are average (if I compare them with my previous apartments). There are two guys and one lady in rental office. Guys are very courteous and lady is rude. Similarly the maintenance staff is also very rude and painful to talk to. They yell at the tenants and slam the doors when leaving.

It is a shame this reviewer should feel the need to name call instead of stating the facts. The staff will tell you that you must complete a year before any changes can be made or you can go on a month to month;HOWEVER, they will also tell you that if you state your problem in a letter, they will forward it to the corporate office, and exceptions have been made.You cannot blame the complex for not wanting the property to be used as a hotel- transiency is never good for a community. Obviously this person did not get the answer they wanted to hear and felt that name calling would be a better option.
