I was a Tenant there that was harassed,and management had her favorites. The place is mice infested. You have people living there, that's not even on the least!, and they are able, to harass you management, has nothing to do with your complaint. It's ROACH INFESTED, you have kids their that runs the place, and forget about the drug dealers!, Oh! they take over. And the only thing Kenneth Pagano, and his organization like to do is drive, their fancy cars, and spend the governments money. They allow cats! but no dogs are allowed
