I have never seen such nasty and ugly apartments before. Especially 5B, I never knew that you can smoke weed and have everybody living in a 2 bedroom apartment. The apartment 5B makes it hard for people who really needs to live in a low income home. It's unfortunate that the children there have to witness such living. Parents are unfit and the kids have to pay a heavy price, more than their mothers pay of rent. how can the so called mothers take their welfare benefits and do everything else but take care of their kids. Management and HUD really need to investigate some people in that building. Especially, 5B, that tenant always has her children sleeep on the floor because she constantly has other people taking over their rooms.

corithian Towers,67 So. Munn Ave. is a mess!, they have tenants, that harass other tenants, like 3-G, stealing a senoir citizens, pocketbook and her keys to her apartment. plus vanisha gregory, is not on a lease!, and she's their threatening, tenants. You tell these laim, managers that.they'll tell you it's nothing they can do!!!. So Why in the HELL are they managing, a building that they have no control over!!. THE DRUG DEALERS, ARE RUNNING THE PLACE, AND THE PEOPLE, WHO DON'T LIVE THERE ARE RUNNING THE PLACE!!.and management, and HUD KNOWS ABOUT 67 So. MUNN AVE. THEY ARE SITTING ON THEIR APPLES!!!!, COLLECTING GOVERNMENT $$DOLLARS. MR. KENNETH PAGANO, IS COLLECTING MATTIE D. JAMES, IS COLLECTING, SHE EVEN HAD HER MOTHER'S HOUSE BUILT IN VIRGINIA, FROM GROUND UP ON THE GOVERNMENT'S DAMN MONEY. AND CAROLYN LAMBERT IS STEALING TOO. THE WHOLE CLICK AT 1060 BROAD ST. THE ONLY ONE THAT DO NOT KNOW WHAT'S GOING ON, IS PRESIDENTIAL ELECT OBAMA, AND HE'S SOON TO FIND OUT BECAUSE I'M GOING TO TELL HIM!!. SO ANYBODY, WHO WANTS TO MOVE IN THAT CRAP, I'LL SAY A PRAYER FOR YOU. BECAUSE YOU'LL BE WAKING UP TO ROACHES,MICES, HARASSMENT, AND DRUG DEALERS!!!.. Yes I agree I am a tenant here too. I have been fighting with management for 5yrs. Someone needs to step in and do something and quick. Like Shut the building down. Is this a punishment for being poor? Is the management our advocate or our adversary? While management is overseering the building, whose overseering the management? Its some type of rackeetering going on with Corinthian Towers. They do not care about us are this building. Its only a money profit business for them. A miserable tenant. Terry Turner 1st flr.

I disagree, if you are that miserable why dont you just move! It must not be that bad if you are still there. I lived there and it actually help me to do better for myself. The rent was affordable and I was able to raise my kids and move on. The section 8 program is not to take care of you for the rest of your life. Get out and go do something. Be thankful that this type of housing exist.Especially becuase we are in a recession. And for the hater hating on the executives of the company, may be Ms. James is able to build her mother a home becuase she works everyday. If that is even the truth. If you are still able to live in the building it is becuase the money that you claim is being collected is paying the bills for the building like the free heat in the winter. Fly a kite and get a job!
