The problem with this bldg is not it's tenants - it's the incompetent staff and the owner - Ory Dayan (sp). He is extremely cheap and lacks management skills. He often disrespects his staff openingly, in fact I suggested to several employees that they need to visit the labor dept, but of course they won't because they are probably illegals. He is the worst landlord I have dealt with in 20 yrs. If you call to report a problem in your apt you are told "well, we will come and look at it but if we determine it's your fault, you will have to pay". I find this insulting. This cheapo is attempting to put all repairs on tenants. I find his behavior condescinding as if he is dealing with low-lifes, ignorant people and he thinks of himself as superior.

Guess this place is known as View on the Park now. Has there been a change in owwer or mgmt? Any changes in the building?

Yes I heard that he has to leave the building as well, but the ones left behind to run the building don't know the first thing about management or tenant relation my friend said they are going to need shelle she was good, and friendly.

People are moving out in records #'s. 9 tenants moved out in the Month of November. The super, Eduardo, is unlicensed, incompetent with a bad attitude. They need to get rid of him.
