I used to live here as a child, and then moved into my own apartment with my child here, was nice when I was a child, but when I became a parent of my own and still lived here in my own place, I saw the crime rise over and over, Little city was on the same block was knocked down thank goodness, when it was time for my child to go to school I moved out of state, most of my friends moved and some are still there some people are scared of change, and scared to move from subsidized housing, the mice and roaches are endless, dont click on the light when you have company, lol, drive by's started regularly, was scarry, you cant even walk outside or sit on the porch without the gangs wanting to get gang initiated killing as many people as they can, and this is one of the places they come too, I feel bad for all who are left there and scared of change, we had to run for our lives and a better life, no matter what I am out of there and I made it and most importantly still alive. dont move here............................

I too, lived there as a child. I mean it was ok, the boys hung around outside around the generator and things like that but there wasnt too much shooting going on. When I was 14 I got robbed walking back from western Beef and there was 2 shootings, although 1 was a drive by and the other one someone got killed. I moved out of state and returned years later to see what it was like. Same ol same ol. ----- hanging out and dumb stuff like that. Please dont move here, your kids wont be safe.
