IT SEEMS NOTHING WORKS IN THIS BUILDING. MILLENNIUM HOME HAS SOLD TO AVALON AND SERVICE HAS NOT IMPROVED. WE USED TO HAVE ALL DAY LONG DOORMAN NOW DOORMAN IS COMING ONLY IN THE AFTERNOON (NEVER SAME PERSONS, ALWAYS CHANGE) . NOBODY THERE TO TAKE PACKAGES, THE MANAGEMENT COMES LATE THAN THE REGULAR HOURS. A LOT OF TIMES WE HAVE GARAGE DOOR BROKE, THE SECURITY CAMERAS DO NOT WORK, ENTRANCE DOORS BROKE, EVERYBODY IS MOVING IN AND OUT WHEN THEY WANT ALSO AT NIGHT WHILE THERE SHOULD BE A REGULATION (BUT WHO'S THERE TO BOTHER'), VERY POOR SERVICE FOR PETS OWNER, THERE ARE ONLY 2 TRASH BIN ONE EACH ENTRANCE (MAIN AND SERVICE) THAT ALWAYS SMELL OF DOG STUFF BECAUSE THEY ARE TOO CLOSE TO DOORS AND AT A CERTAIN POINT WE ALSO RECEIVED A LETTER THAT WE MUST RETAIN DOGS FROM GOING POOP OUTSIDE THE BUILDING!!! (IS IT A PET FRIENDLY OR NOT')
THE COURTYARD DOES NOT ALLOW PETS BUT IT IS ALLLLWAAYYYYS EMPTY....SO WHAT'S THERE FOR''''
IN FRONT OF THE ELEVATOR IT IS DIRTY BUT THEY PREFER NOT TO CHANGE 3 SQUARE PIECES OF CARPETS INSTEAD THEY PREFER TO WASH IT AND THE DIRT NEVER GOES AWAY....
THEY HAVE INCREASED THE RENT (OF COURSE!) IN OUR APARTMENT, THE TOILET HAS GOT STUCKED AT LEAST 5 TIMES BECAUSE IT HAS A POOR FLUSH SYSTEM..
OHHH I FORGOT...FIRE ALARM GOT CRAZY AT LEAST 4 TIMES IN A YEAR SO THAT WE HAVE TO WALK OUT AND WAIT SOMEBODY TO COME AND REPAIR IT...

I have to agree with what this person ("adisaster") said. Though I don't have any pets I can verify that the new owners (Avalon, a REIT) promptly eliminated one of the 2 concierge shifts that we had. Two very responsive, responsible concierges were dumped -- and we are paying an "amenities" fee of $500 for this service! Receiving packages has become an ureliable thing. There is no accountablity in package reception and there is not always someone to receive. I have heard people complaining that their medication did not arrive in time or was not asccesible to them. Other times packages were just left on the front desk unattended. There has been turnover in staff and the Super is no longer on-site. Yes, the fire alarms in our apartments went off numerous times due to who knows what. To be sure there are legacy issues that Avalon inherited, like inferior carpeting and missing fixtures, but Avalon so far seems to want to find ways to cut expenses while at the same time putting up signs advbertising this "luxury" property. Go somewhere else to live.
