Nice exterior, crappy interior. I was disappointed with the finishings. The kitchen counters are laminate and the whole apartment has a cheap feel. Both elevators were out of service and the agent walked us back and forth before he realized that. I can only imagine folks are renting here to be close to the rail or bus, but even then, it's not worth the money. Look elsewhere!!!

I would never rent here. $1700 a month for a 700 sq foot shoe box is nuts. I can rent a 2-3 bedroom house for that much. And they want $500 non refundable deposit and $50 a month extra for a cat. Thats $1100 a year to have a cat. I can get a mortgage for less than this and again it's only 700 square feet 1bed 1 bath apartment. they are out of their minds
