The Middlesex Management Corporation will do everything it can to separate you from your money and give you nothing in return. You're locked into data/phone/tv contracts with no room for personal choice or negotiation. You can pretty much kiss your deposit goodbye if you break your lease, plus a 400 dollar fee, AND they'll keep charging you rent while they leisurely attempt to fill the vacancy.

I would not recommend these apartments to anyone. They are overpriced, cheaply built and between the construction noise, Hackensack Road traffic, small jets flying overhead all day as well as zero acoustic insulation between apartments, don't plan on ever opening your windows if you want to be able to hear anything over the racket.

Bottom line, the on-site staff is very good, especially the Super, but the managing corporation does not care about its tenants or the issues they have with the apartments, is lax in responding to tenant concerns, and will find every way to take and keep more of your money. This goes for all of Middlesex Management properties. Take your business elsewhere. This company doesn't deserve it and are most definitely not worth it.
