I lived at Liberty Terrace when they first opened up and loved it!
The rent is very high ($2100/month), but it's to be expected for the location. They are located right off of Rt. 3 with easy access to Lincoln Tunnel and NJ Turnpike. About a 5 minute drive to Giants Stadium for my NY Giants fans!

The only issue was with the airplanes flying overhead. Teterboro airport is about a 10 min drive away so you'll hear the airplanes often. Once you get used to the planes, you won't even hear them anymore. Trust me :)

The parking spaces are very small though. I had a neighbor who always parked so close to my car that it was impossible to even get into my driver's side door. Parking is assigned by number, but you'll find that some people disregard that and then you've gotta park in someone else's spot which can lead to confrontation.

There are shopping areas nearby so it's very convenient.
