this is a really nice apartment in terms of size/location/layout. there have been thefts in the complex, but most have been due to folks not dead bolting doors (thats what mgmt says at least).
the only true downfall is that you have to use their internet and cable which is NOT HD and the internet is slow at times. you can not have Verizon, Dish, etc come in.
