I usually don't have a problem as far as living condition goes; I don't have a Luxurious style so I am normally okay w/ just about anything.

Advice:
take pictures when you move in - take detailed pictures - (I hope you never move in)
take pictures when you move out - take detailed pictures
why' because they might try to squeeze few hundred bucks out of your pocket! Be smart!

1) Cost Adds up! ( It's not worth the price) Do the Math!

$15.00/mo (Internet upgrade'') $$If you want DirectTV (Rent Equipment)
$$/ if you like to work out at the gym. (read comment # 3)
2) Internet very slow (even after $15/mo upgrade monthly) You cannot use this type of speed for work. It's okay to browse simple web sites; but you cannot stream any video contents (ie: Netflix..etc)
3) Gym' ( GYM = 3 treadmills and few eliptical machines 1 workout station) - out of that 1 treadmill was broken for the entire year. Nobody bothers to fix it up
Most likely its busy when you want to use it because everyone likes to go to gym around 5-8 pm after work. So you will have to fork up if you want a REAL Gym with equipment.
4) Media Center' ( I haven't seen it; nor is it ever shown to you) But you pay for it.
5) Parking - very well lighted and more than enough space for visitors.
6) TV - It's not direct TV; its 1 direct Tv feed coming in -> and going out to all the apartment units. (NOT DIRECT-TV NOT HD TV); so if you have a nice TV; you cant really make use of it.
7) Walls are thin - and had a mouse problem.
- I could hear baby crying across most of the times.
- We had a mouse running around (that went into stair case); we managed to keep things clean but somehow mouse made it's way in.
BOTTOM-LINE
---
You will end up spending more money than you realize;
You will not get the internet speed any better than faster dailup speeds.
you will not get direct tv.
