I take back everything I've said. I have since found a new apartment to live in, and my roommate has even agreed to let me off the lease and said he'll find a new roommate and this HORRIBLE company Middlesex Management has been giving me the run around for over 2 weeks with this ----. First they tried to tell me I cannot get out unless it's within 30 days of lease expiration, then they said I can get a letter written from him saying I can get off, so he called to verify that and they tell him there's no way, when you're not up for lease renewal. Now I've been speaking with Jessica Morales, Pam, and now Olga. Jessica, who I and my legal POA have spoken to her multiple times for two weeks and she claims to Olga that she doesn't know who I am. FCUK THAT! Also, this company NEVER answer's their phone, you must get to the recording, then press "0" to get to a live person, or else you will leave a message and NEVER get a phone call back from anyone. Middlesex Management is a JOKE of a company and doesn't give 2 ----'s about their tenants! STAY AWAY FROM ALL OF THEIR PROPERTIES!

Hey, I was actually interested in moving into liberty terrace and from your reviews and many others it seems that everyone is complaining about the speeds of the internet connection there. I contacted the office at liberty terrace and they said they DO NOT have fios which for what reason i do not understand. Having a fast internet connection is my main concern because my entire business is done online. I dont know what to do, I love the apartment complex but the most basic necessity is lacking (internet).

Hello, this is mcaatntdy. The Internet is by far the biggest issue(for me anyway) as I work in IT and that is what I do as my hobby as well when not at work. The Verizon DSL connection here is horrriibblleee. I know that FiOS is available in the area since I have a flyer for it in my mailbox every day. It's like a tease that it's available but I can't have it. If they would upgrade that then the apartment would be totally worth it. If you can help me try to get them to convert the complex to FiOS that would be awesome. I would think if they received enough complaints they would at least look into it.

You are right about them not answering their phones. I am a current tenant and want to talk to them about lease renewal - but can't reach them. Phone always goes to mailbox and doesn't matter how many messages you leave. They wont call you back. Thanks for the tip - will try and see if I can reach them by pressing zero.
