My Husband and I have been living here for the past 10 months and we LOVE IT! We have a renovated 2 bedroom! We have our own entrance, which I LOVE!!! I don't like it when you have to walk thru a hallway to get to your apartment. Nice hard wood floors, new kitchen w/dishwasher - new cabinets, new back-splash and new appliances! New bathroom, new sink, toilet and bath! The entire apartment is freshly painted. We have a nice size picture window in our living room and I just love how much sunlight passes thru our windows! The rent is reasonable - and there is plenty of parking and laundry is on the premise!

As for the roaches.....if people would keep their apartments clean, you wouldn't have any roaches/bugs! So STOP COMPLAINING and START CLEANING!!!! I have NEVER seen a roach...because I am CLEAN!!!! SEk1KnECheF1ATXbXtrZ

This is pure BS man. This is definatly a poor attempt from management to jack up their ratings. This place sucks big time and they are pulling a flagrant lie on people. Just admit what it is and that way people wont be putting in all these comments to contradict your lies. PLEASE DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THIS POST.

By now all who view this site truly see that this racist is not one to believe, All apt's have issues my opinion is contact management to try and resolve them.We who rent need to keep better communication with our landlords and maybe these issues will be resolved.
