Looks like someone from the rental office has posted these reviews. Also notice the writing, of all the four positive reviews it is very similar as one person has written these.

First of all - I am not management. Second - Everything sounds similar because I SPEAK PROPER ENGLISH!!! Third - if you don't like it here so much....MOVE!!!!! Hey - here's and idea.... Why don't you go back to school and learn how to SPEAK correct ENGLISH and that way next time you write on this message board you might not sound like a total STUPID ASS - just a semi STUPID ASS!!!! I don't live here but am planning to move soon - so currently looking for an apartment to rent. I read the four recent positive reviews and almost got convinced. But after reading all negative reviews and then looking at the dates I did get suspicious. Five negative reviews over a period of about two years and four positive in just a week. It did sound fishy to me (may be not to you). So posted my thoughts, to help others who'll read the reviews including the recent positive ones . This is the whole point of this website. About correctness in English, following is from your comment above: "Hey - here's and idea...." - no further comments!!! :o) You have a nice day too!
