Who ever is satisfied likes roaches plus other undesirable people.

Yes the apartments are spacious, and they are renovating only for the ------- to come in a destroy the property.
They have come in by the dozens to rent, they leave their windows and doors open, have sometime 6 -7 people staying in one bedroom apartment. They throw their garbage on the porches and let their kids run wild.
I have already seen brand new apartments infested with roaches and have heard this from several renters that have them in their apartments now Sept 2009.
So who ever wrote the postive reviews better think twice unless they really like living with roaches.
And the people that are satisfied are probably the Indian people because they have made this their home and junk it up!
