The apartments are cheap, but our building has a horrible roach infestation that they cannot fix, leaks in the whole apartment, entire building very dusty no matter how much you vacuum, heat/hot water is include but bedroom is at 50 degrees due to poor insulation. Non responsive management. Air Conditioners are in wall units from 1970's, use tons of electricity and barely work. Ours had tons of mold growing on the inside.

Many illegal aliens living 10 to an apartment. They come and go at all hours of the night and drink in the parking lot. Management does nothing about it. Saw cops dragging 4 people into a cop car in broad daylight the other day.

There are many unsupervised small children screaming outside until very late at night. Your patio behind your apartment becomes their playground.

Spend the extra $200 to get a nice place
