Complex is "OK" Just make sure you DON'T rent and Definitley DON'T buy in BLDG #23! Upstairs kids took over BLDG. Hanging out windows, noise late at night, throws trash on ground. Groups of 8-10 kids unattended. Air conditioners are outdated, extremely expensive and wasteful to run. Deadly mold from these systems that haven't ever been cleaned and need to be replaced. No dishwashers. Not enough laundry rooms. The biggest plus is they keep outdoors clean, are VERY animal friendly, and rent is reasonable. Just don't go near BLDG #23!!! Also demand to get your air ducts cleaned before moving in !!!
