You know, I read the other reviews and I'm shocked to see that there aren't any good ones. I searched for apartments earlier in the year and of all the apartments I examined, Princeton Arms by far had the best floorplans and environment I found for the same rent. I fell in love with the sheer size of them. My apartment is huge...there is ample living space- it's really like a small house. It's definetely better than a typical apartment- and I've lived in several others that were much smaller and more expensive. The storage space is amazing- there are FOUR walk in closets in the 2 bedroom model (upstairs). The area surrounding the apartments is mostly farmlands- so it's very quiet. You'll hear lots of quacking- because there are lots of little duck families waddling around the grounds. I do agree that the management is a bit hard to get ahold of- there is only one lady who works here- and she's like the only one available foe calls- so her phone is always tied up with new admissions etc...but she is very helpful when you go to see her- and at least acts like she genuinely cares about your concerns. The maintenance dude seems a little lazy, but he is dependable. I have seen police cars in here, which concerned me at first, but I realized that there is a mentally disabled lady who lives nearby and therefore seems to get upset about things from time to time- but no criminal acts are evident around here at all. My husband and I are very happy here- it's such a nice place to live. You have to remember that no apartment living is perfect- after all, you have to live very close to other people you don't know- which always creates room for complaint. It's the next best thing to having a townhouse or your own home if you ask me.
