Very nice place but

Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2003
have to say that this apt is exceptional in terms of space (rooms and closets!!!!!), maintenance has always been on top of things, have great neighbors, quiet area, etc.
The "but" is that since I have been living there, my car was vandalized once (July 2002) and just this morning I discovered the someone scaled (yes- climbed up to!!!!) my second floor balcony and stole my plants! (ridiculous, but true). As a single female- this freaks me out a bit to say the least!
