Don?t ever expect repairs to be made.

Yes, it is priced reasonably. However you can complain about repairs that need to be made until you turn blue in the face. Good luck having them done. There was a recent gathering of MANY residents at a town meeting to protest a heating increase added onto the rent. (Heat is included in the rent.) The result was many an angry tennant complaing about failure to make repairs. The township is looking into this. It is not unliveable, but is not exactly a slice of heaven either. I will not renew my lease.
