I've lived at Princeton Arms for almost a year, while house-hunting. And although I like the area very, very much (I grew up near East Windsor), I have to agree that there are issues with the complex here. Not to sound politically incorrect, but it does seem to be a haven for illegal immigrants. there is one unit in particular that may house at least 10, and hosts all night drinking parties in which there are at least 50 migrant workers coming and going at all hours. During these weekly gatherings there is lot's of drinking publicly, as well as public indecency and public urination (I guess the participants/inhabitants forgot that the apartments do have indoor plumbing). The building management and local law enforcement haven't done anything about it to date, that I've noticed. The maintenance is very lax as far as issues with the apartments themselves, but the grounds are kept well. For the money, these are very fine, very spacious apartments in a great area, but the security and parking could be much, much better. Also, make sure you have renter's insurance, since building management and local law enforcement don't seem to care about the wide-spread use of fireworks/fire crackers in close proximity to the buildings and grounds on and around July 4th. One day a roof is going to catch fire, I'm sure. Also, for safety/security reasons, I'd suggest getting a 2nd floor unit rather than a 1st floor unit.
