BAD MOVE/BAD CHOICE

Big apartments, good price. Once you move in little or no parking, "shady" characters walking around all hours of the day and night. One neighbor is on WELFARE. Bug problems in summertime. Dogs running without leashes and barking all day & night and are chained up outside. THIS IS AFTER THE OFFICE STAFF GOES HOME AT NIGHT. They rent to ANYONE AND EVERYONE. I hear they take people with bad credit. IT'S TURNING INTO ANOTHER WINDSOR CASTLE.
