I've lived here for four years and have had my good and bad experiences. Things has definitely gotten worse within the last year and will be ending my lease in January 2009, can not wait!!! Pros - Spacious apartments (living room, pantry area and closet space is great), individual entrances, accepts pets. Cons - Very inconsiderate neighbors! Never had a problem until a new upstairs neighbor moved in with a surround system that they felt obliged to use all day. No consideration for apartment living. Also, people have a tendency to sit in their cars in the parking lot with their music pounding at all hours of the night. I have notice a different "crowd" around in the apartment area, and definitely don't feel as safe as I did a few years ago when I first moved in. I have to travel to a further laundry unit than the one next to me because it appears people come from some of the other complexes and uses it as there are always mother's and their children there with 20 loads hanging out in there while their laundry is getting done. I have had some water issues in the last year, with the hot water constantly fading in the shower and the pressure has drastically reduced. Also have growing mold in the bathroom, with the only solution being offered is to clean with clorox. What about behind the paint''

All in all, the first 3 years were great, thought I would stay here until I moved into my first home, but the last year has been horrible and now I can not wait to get out. Best bet before moving here is to scope out the apartment and area that you will get and seeing the neighbors.
