::::IF CONSIDERING THESE APARTMENTS OR ANY APARTMENTS DO YOUR HOMEWORK I ENCOURAGE YOU TO COME VISIT @ DIFFERENT DAYS AT DIFFERENT TIMES, TAKE A WALK AROUND AND TELL ME THAT MY REVIEW ISN'T ACCURATE::::

||||No Parking

||||Too Many people to one apartment no race in partircular all are here from Hindus,illegals,Haitians,too yes white trash they all move in their families.

||||Parents have children but choose not to interact with them cause they rather get there drink or drugs on, so they push their children outside and let them play as they wish jumping on cars,destroying property,mischief, and most important loud really loud.

||||Laundry rooms what a joke little washers that haven't been cared for and are always in use people tend to wash mounds of clothes so they take up the laundry room and then it get's better they leave the clothes in the machines so you can't use them.

||||BINS BINS AND TRASH piled up on balconies,behind shrubs,etc..

||||office staff doesn't care about your concerns all they want is your rent $$$ they fail to address any of your concerns so don't count on them for anything.

||||Loud music all genres being played from every corner from spanish, techno,heavy metal most of the time is folks in cars playing this but other times it's coming out of apartments almost like a mini concert.

||||Heat'' What heat' luke warm baseboards doesn't cut it for winter,not to while taking a shower the water temp fluctuates from extremely aspen mountain cold to boiling hot for no reason. While taking a shower count on this happening at least once.

||||Apartments need more sound proofing or insulation you can hear peoples conversation etc..Yes even from the bathroom so don't pass GAS too loud LOL

|||| Got a new car' forget it your vehicle will encounter so many dings and scratches that it's not even worth having a new vehicle while you live here.

While I can go on and on this should be sufficient bottom line living here all they would do is take your rent money and leave you out to dry. There is no order here no courtesy, no respect,no enforcement. It is ashame that municipalities let apartment complex operate like this. It's as almost like a mochery. There is a heavy concentration of south americans here I have nothing towards them but the thing is they do not respect anyone loud music,beer bottles thrown on the lawn and they don't pick them up.I even have seen some of them passing a bowel on the side of the building. Anyway good luck in finding a suitable location that you can come home and be in peace.

lol your so right...yuk I hated every momenet I lived there. It's literally the GETTO!!!!! My car even got keyed really bad on all sides. Definatley check the place out first....
