I have lived at Princeton Arms for over a year now, and the only reason I am leaving is because of a job change. I am completely suprised by these reviews. Describing the place as "the absolute worst" seems to be as dramatic as you can get it. I understand people have bad experiences with maintence, but I have not experienced anything personally. I have called maintence a few times, and they have been responsvie and helpful to my needs. Beth, in the office, is the sweetest, and will help you with anything even if it isn't in her job description. I agree that the water temperature variation is a problem, but I would love for someone to please tell me the apartment they have lived in that was rented that didn't have this problem. It comes with renting in my experience. The people complaining on here really should buy their own place because that is the only way they will be satisfied. My apartment was quiet and the grounds are well-maintained. I tried to find an equal apartment for the same price range in my search and I couldn't do it. The closets are large, the apartment in general is large, and you have your own storage room in the apartment. The laundry facilities are that of any apartment complex that has shared facilities. I never had a problem with roaches or bugs, and I think that the people on here are venting their issues but not giving both sides of the story. I am telling you, Princeton Arms was one of the best apartments I have lived in, and I am sad to have to leave.
