Rent is reasonable for the area and size of the apartments. However, the House Rules are NOT enforced. Many units contain over the maximum number of residents allowed. There are a lot of children and most parents let them run free at all hours of the day and night.
The room air conditioners are old and need to be replaced. Considering the size of the complex, the laundry rooms are small with limited number of washers and dryers. So, no matter when you want to do laundry, there is a wait.
Plenty of parking, but a lot of abandoned vehicles in the lots. There is a school bus, which is prohibited, which has been parked there for over 2 years.
Management office hours are very inconvenient. Maintenance is not available 24-hours a day - most times calls were answered with a 2 hour wait.

There must be another school bus parked in the complex. The school bus I was referring to did not run and never moved out of the lot. In fact, it's still there -- going on 3 years now. That's outrageous!

I actually spoke to the owner of the apt, who was renting to the school bus driver, apparently her car broke down so she just drove the school bus but never registered it with the apt people (or told anyone)...it got towed, and when the apt owner found out, he wouldn't rent to her anymore...
