I lived here for 3 years and in that time my unit was sold to the management company, Sterling Orchard LLC, based in New York. Their company was very unreliable, taking days to answer simple questions. When I had a small electrical issue caused by poor wiring, I was told to "wait because the maintanance man was in NYC". They don't seem to employ a local handy man, so it was an ordeal whenever maintanance was needed.

The rent was a decent price, but room air conditioners need to be updated. More washers and dryers throughout the complex woudl be a bonus since most of the apartments are filled with 4 or more people.
