I actually lived in Village East, a sub-development of Twin Rivers. Village East is much nicer than the other Twin River apartments. I lived here for two years and was quite happy. The maintenance staff is very quick and skillful. The place is safe for the most part. The only problem that I had was that the rent increased to more than I wanted to pay for a studio. Also, near the end(june 04) it seemed that more shady people were moving in. I think it may go down hill in a couple of years. Overall, not a bad beginning community.

You were right on with your prediction. East Windsor/Hightstown apartment complexes have gone downhill.
