Nice little complex with acceptable facilities

Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2002
 
Lived there for 2 years. The complex is pretty old. From distance, isn't really attractive. Maintenance is OK. Response in weekends was a problem. Parking lots are not maintained well enough. Safe. School, library are nearby. Grocery may be a problem (apart from a 7-11 nearby).
