We can hear every move our neighbors make, thankfully though we have truly lovely neighbors, friendly, helpful, caring!
The manager is almost impossible to deal with. He "appears" to be listening to you but one has to get in touch with the actual owners to get anything done. I pleaded for over 6 mos. to get a dripping ceiling fixed and another 8 mos. to have light on the stairs of the laundy room (which is filthy) The water is dangerously hot (not bad for dishes but scary in the shower!!! We are inundated with bugs most of the year. The window A/C's were never caulked and the carpet is a nightmare! Our neighbors (upstairs) balcony is falling down and the management could not care less. If this apt. were all it were represented and promised I would not mind the rent, but all things considered..,it's worth about $500 a month. Everything this reviewer is true. The water is dangerously unregulated and I have been burned twice on my body. My hands are used to it from the dishes. There is no caulking around the AC units and wind, bugs and draft blows in. The laundry rooms, when not flooded are gross.
