Obviously the rater after me is either a family member of kregman and smith or just plain old part of the maint dept.Did you see that unrealistic rating' I mean please, it is so apparent. Just looking at it from a realistic point of view without downing anyone, you're suppose to have someone freely come and fix what is broken at your apt, but instead you have tenants feeling that they are an inconvenience to the maint guys, but let an apt open up to be rented and they are quick to the call installing new appliances and renovating the place. Current customers be damned.

No where to park cuz you're supposed to have two spaces per apt but you have the dumpster that takes up the whole lot, if it's not that it's the maint. people themselves vehicles or golf carts taken up a space that should rightly be yours,(sometimes up to three spaces when you count son in law, daughter or wife of any of them)

Then there is the water. How coincidental, that in the building of which the maint. workers reside as well as the manager, that the water and heating system is always working properly. Why is it that they NEVER offer to give you clean water out of their apt when yours is brown and yellow or ice cold in a blizzard' When you only ask how much longer you will be WITHOUT water period or without CLEAN water because you have children to bathe and feed you get snapped up on the phone in a response such as: WE'LL GET TO WHEN WE GET TO IT, WE ALREADY HAVE A LOT OF WORK TO DO AND WE'RE WORKING AS FAST AS WE CAN!!! (CLICK) phone hangs up, When you wasn't even told in the first place that the water would be turned off, & you might not have water from 8 that morning to sometimes 10 that night.(if it even comes back on clean)

So please, take this under advisement when considering these apts or anything owned by kregman & smith.


Because you'll only get smoozed one time.
