I don't know what is worse here, the constant need of repair or the management makeing you wait a week to fix vital things like stoves, toilets & lights. On several occasions there have been problems with brown dirty water or no water at all in the morning or nights when you need to shower or cook. Not to mention constant flooding of the parking lots and laundry rooms. I know others who have lived here and had squirels in thier crawl space and had to sleep in the living room for 2 months till maintence finally got rid of them. They have to do things 4 or 5 times before getting them right. I try not to "bother" them if I can do it myself. I have put back on doors, repaired the stairs, banister and plumbing because they "were busy". The floors are so bad that if you live upstairs, whoever is downstairs will hate you regardless of how quiet you try to be. The floors are just old and poor quality, in fact some are not even level. The patio and balconies are dangerous. They look and feel like they are going to break any moment. I have seen this happen here but luckily no one has been hurt. The people who live here have no consideration. They are outside in the parking lot banging and working on thier car till 4am! There are holes in the grounds, sidewalks and pavement, be carefull walking around, you might trip. The pool is not included in your rent and don't bother paying for a pool pass as the pool is never even open. Save your money and get a membership across the street. The tap water flucuates so much you will be burnt at least once a month. At first I didn't mind it here but overtime, these little saftey things start to make you nervous. I wish managment read this and took care not to be sued.
