Years at this apartment: 1994 - 2007
 
I have lived in here for 15 years, and there never has been a mouse on the property. Maybe what your seeing are the chipmunks thats are always out in summer/srping. And if you really have a problem with bugs or draining just call the maintenance staff. I actually have a feeling you have the wrong apartments.
