The maintenance guys may be friendly and nice but they can't fix anything. The most you are getting from them is shoddy patching of a problem. There is so much water leakage its disgusting. The centipede infestation is horendous and I wouldn't be surprised if there is mold in the walls. The floors have soft spots, the parking lot floods, and the AC units drip on your floor. The apartment is ugly and outdated.
