I just recently moved out about a month ago and enjoyed my stay here for a little over 2 years. One aspect of the apartments I really loved was the closet space and the size of the balcony. I lived upstairs and the floor had a few squeaky spots but nothing you wouldn't expect from an older apartment. The neighborhood was quiet with an exception to summer time by the pool.

I didn't experience too many problems with my apartment so I didn't interact with the maintance staff very much except for a few heat calls in the winter. The price of the rent was a little high, I paid 920 for a 1 bedroom so that would probably be the main fault of the apartments. Hope this helped
