I lived here for about two years. The area is nice and the apt. was okay. The balconies are in serious need of repair - you can feel places where the wood is giving out. The pool is a joke - its the size of a kiddie pool, they charge extra for you to use it, and then its only open certain days and times so that a "lifeguard" can be there.
Maintainance sucked - did patch jobs and tried to get out of doing things. Management was willing to work with you on rent issues and were not nasty if you were occassionally late.
The rent was a good price - low for the area, but also no real amenities. There is a laundry facility, but its not that great. And don't think there's a machine to get change for the washers/dryers - you have to go to the laundramat down the street or the bank for that. x-2PE3sjUIIeetAHoKOk
