Convenient to everything for commuters - Very convenient to both express bus and train to NY. Windsor Regency and Garden view Terrace Windsor Regency and Garden view terrace are the same apartments. No difference at all. Garden view terrace is part of Windsor Regency. The parking space is a big issue here. As for crime, it's safe to walk to your car from the apt.
