Okay living I lived in these apartments up until last summer. They were indeed spacious on the inside.(HUGE walk-in closets) I live in North 1- much nicer area as it is up near the rental office I suppose.
But the overall area seemed a bit yucky- some sections were trashy- broken up parking lots

The maintenance guys may be friendly and nice but they can't fix anything. The most you are getting from them is shoddy patching of a problem. There is so much water leakage its disgusting. The centipede infestation is horendous and I wouldn't be surprised if there is mold in the walls.

very good I've lived here for 10 yrs. And anytime I need a repair, the men were there to fix the problem very quickly. Chalrie and his staff are ver helpful. Office hours are convenant they are open an weekends and when i needed a night appointment, they were wil to accomate.

Ghetto is right. Moved in to a 2 bedroom condo. Good price but area sucks. Kids going around messing with windows and cars. People walking dogs and not cleaning up. Near to me is this guy and girl in a one bedroom with two huge dogs that constantly bark throughout the day.
