I have lived in this hell hole for 2 years. It's one of the few places that doesn't have a strict no pets policy. I have swapped apartment horror stories with friends and I win! So far, I have had more problems than everyone else combined. Let's start the list: 1) leaking ceilings and windows 2)termites 3) cockroaches 4) vandalized cars (3k in damages!!!), 5) no heat 6) too much heat (101 degrees in my apartment in the winter with the windows open) 7) rotten floorboards and finally, 8) water issues. Has a single one of these issues been resolved in a timely manner' Nope, not a chance. I actually had to call the Health Department about the cockroach problems because management refused to call an exterminator. Oddly, once my disgusting, animal hoarding neighbor left, there hasn't been a single cockroach! She would bring huge bags of trash out to the dumpster at 2am-talk about scary. She would leave her dogs in the middle of the summer without a window open or A/C on for a week at one point. The smell of feces, disinfectant, and garbage was so strong that when she vacated, they had to leave the windows open for over a week. I complained repeatatly, and no one would ever check on it. Sure, it was great being able to have my dogs, but everyone lets their dogs crap all over the ground everywhere. It's like walking in a minefield. The children in this neighborhood are unbelievably disrespectful, loud, obnoxious, and I see drug deals reguarly going on in the street. I dread when 3pm rolls around, and the children are off the bus, and screaming bloody murder. They jump in front of cars, run into cars, and as of late, throw their garbage into truck beds. The police have been here at least 10 times this month already. Even if you have an assigned parking spot, some idiot parks in it. If its late at night, and there isn't any street parking, don't even think about parking in someone else's spot, even if its their vistor who parked in your spot. Your car will instantly get keyed or have the tires slashed (been there, done that!). There is garbage everywhere, because its too hard for anyone to take it out to the dumpster. I won't even stay here alone anymore, just because I don't feel safe. I have had people looking in my windows at 2am before. Not a comfortable feeling being alone and a female. The landscaping is a joke. The last time I left a mat outside to wipe my feet, they ran over with the lawnmower and destroyed it. No apologies, no offers to replace it, just a blank stare. Save yourself and don't move here, ever.

This place is becoming a hell hole. I have lived here for 3yrs and am a single mother. When I first moved in I did not see a single roach. New neighbors moved in 1yr ago, all of sudden I have roaches? I can deal with centipedes, but not ROACHES!! Luckily I have a good relationship with the maintenance crew, they are helpful and respond quickly when I have a problem. I have to have exterminator come in every two weeks, even though I see the occasional roach but one is too many. I put everything in zip lock bags in my cabinets and even put alot of my food in the fridge. I should not even have to do that! Adding $50 a month for pets is not fair. People that don't live here will park in my space, inconsiderate at best. There is garbage laying around on the lawns but in the front office you see flowers and cut lawns. Don't move here. Save yourself the misery!
