I lived in Country Club for over 2 years. I had tenets that phyically threatend my husband with a small child at home, leaking windows, falling ceilings as well as falling ceilings, bathroom walls caving in because of BLACK MOLD, heat issues to hot in the winter or to to cold, windows that are supposedly new that do not close properly and the price of this upgrade in included into your rent, the neverending rent increases for nothing, the extremly high price for electric (even when not ther with nothing in apartment), drug dealers living next store with drug addicts residing ther as well, sex offenders, damage to personal property, tenents that do not follow the rules stated in the lease and get away with it, matinance that does not how to fix anything or speak english or let alone understandable spanish, an apartment manager that is ony out for the free rent and could careless how the apartment runs, looks or is kept by her staff, soft floors, flee infestation, roaches, cave crickets ( yes people look this nasty things up), mice and the list goes on and on.

I thought at first this was a good dicision to move in, since I have two small children and there are many children in the complex. I learned real fast that this place is not a LUXURIOUS as it claims to be. The management has no control over the tenets and trying to get a hold of someone in coporate is like pulling teeth. THis place is beyond GHETTO this is place is undenyable a garbage dump in the middle of Eatontown surrounded by the Mall and Fort Monmouth, only miles from the shore, close to the GSP and Route 18.

I would recommend a fly (by the way the apartments are also infested by them in the spring) to live here. It is dirty and very poorly kept. The state comes in once a year looks in the living room and moves to the next apartment not addressing the real issues.

Please if you are looking to rent on the Jersey SHore and looking for convience, THIS DUMP IS NOT IT!!!!
