this place is horrible. its turning into a 2nd asbury park. sandra doesn't face real issues. she only faces problems that are created by people who are not on some government assistance. the single mothers in this community invite there problematic boyfriends and drug dealing baby-daddies and they break into cars, cause crime, drug deal, and fight. stay away. super expensive, and not worth it. sandra has a bad ghetto attitude, her assistant couldn't tell you anything about anyone, and moved out herself!

the only nice place is sandra's front office, no other building has nice flowers etc.
drive through, keep your eyes open to the obvious signs of "GHETTO"

unfortunately thats that same attitude that the people who made that place a ghetto have. you and your outlook on life is the reason why we have these communities to deal with. people work hard, and want a nice place to live, and its low lifers like you who enjoy and become happy to see hard working people going through hell. maybe its time you got a job and earned your place to live, then we will see what its like to earn what you have and watch people trash what they where given then we will see how happy you are.

I don't have patience for pathetic, sniveling, little racists like you. I can afford to live in a nice area with good neighbors. It's not my fault you didn't do enough with your life to do the same. I'm not cry baby loser trash, whining and complaining like a helpless victim instead of doing something about my situation. You must have a crappy job to match your crappy life if you can't afford better than country club. Enjoy living in the "ghetto" :)

actually i moved out into a a beautiful single family home in tinton falls. and were in anything did i right anything about anyone's race? so if me talking about and using words like "ghetto" " drug dealing baby-daddy's" & "problematic boyfriends" thats automatically referring to a particular race? "I can afford to live in a nice area with good neighbors. It's not my fault you didn't do enough with your life to do the same. You must have a crappy job to match your crappy life if you can't afford better than country club." --Its you thats "pathetic, & sniveling" to think that everyone who lives or lived in an apartment is automatically someone who didn't do enough with there life or have a good enough job to be able to afford a stand alone home or condo. so maybe before you go around calling people "pathetic & sniveling" you should look in the mirror, you condescending elitist, you.
