I find Eaton Crest a very LOW quality place to live. They keep raising the rent but do not upgrade the complex. As the other review stated the windows are horrible! However, that is the least of my complaints.
1. The ice and snow is VERY insufficiently salted and shoveled. After falling I was told by management that they contract this job out so that they are not responsible for any damage.

2. They have installed new washer and dryers with a "card" system, you must go to the laundry facility in the middle of the complex to purchase a card for $5 and continue to put money on the card at only this facility, you can not continue the dryers unless you pay for a complete second cycle which the price was raised to $1.40 (which does not give you an even amount to spend on laundry). You always have to pay for a second cycle because the dryers do not dry your clothes. This to me is a money scam for them. The local laundry mat is 5 min. away, much cheaper and nicer.

3. DOGS........DOGS DROPPINGS.....DOGS BARKING........DOGS......DOGS.......DOGS and they say "no pets allowed".

4. VERY poor lighting at night.

5. The dumpsters for garbage are hidden so far behind the buildings that you have to drive your car around to take out the trash.

6. Management office is a bunch of very young girls who don't seem to understand how these are big issues for someone older who lives alone.
