Years at this apartment: 1987 - 2003
Whenever it rains outside, it rains inside the apartment too. When it floods outside, it floods in the apartment too -- from the water running out of the old broken gutters, into the cracks in the walls and through the old, crummy windows.
Due to this, there is MOLD EVERYWHERE!!! Extremely unhealty!
Management and maintenance people are completely useless -- they ignore your problems and if they ever do send someone from maintenance over, they never fix anything correctly.
This place is an expensive DUMP!!!!
Someone should really call the housing authority/board of health, some type of county/state agency to get this place up to standard.
