If you are looking stand clear...
Lived at EatonCrest for 1yr 6Mons, lived with mold around all windows, ceilings walls.
Management sends maintenance to scrape and paint over mold and states it will be better now. They also state that the windows need replacement.
They replaced two of them and the situation still stood.
Snow removal was a joke if it is over 3 inches, the persons hired to remove snow would not show for a few days.
The common way into the apartment is very low maintained, they painted over wall paper.
Office help can not answer any questions without consulting the manager, who blows you off 9 out of 10 times.
I highly do not recommend this dump, If you want problems and headackes go there, for high rent with little offered.
