If you have to rent in the near future, be aware of Eaton Crest Aparments.
=== Poor Management.
=== Too many old windows
=== When it rains water gets in
=== Mold around windows creating a dangerous enviroment.
=== When you call for repairs they do poor jobs.
=== All of the Utilities are electric and when winter arrives the plus rent can go as high as $1400.
Once again management SUCKS
