Cover - ups and deception

EatonCrest is not a place to rent, They cover -up mold, the complex floods, facilities are not maintained constantly needing repair and rent is exstremely high for what you get.
In reply to one of the staffs review in July.
The manager is not nice will only cover up repairs and ignore your comfort. The staff is just there, they have no clue.
When checking out the complex and speaking with the manager, request disclosure on the continuous flood condition through out the complex and be sure to question if there was a prior mold poblem (chances are that it was just covered up and still exists).
The will tell you they replaced windows and put in vents, but it did nothing but cover up the ploblem.
I kid you not this place has deep problems if you want to be ripped off this is for you.
I highly do not recommend this place...
