I tell you, I did not know of this site before renting at Eatoncrest.





I have to agree with amost all the negative ratings.





The mold, the snow removal, management, and faciliities.





Maintenance respond after the second or third complaint and cover up the problems.





The manager treats you like a second class citizen in this wonderful establishment and may I say lies about past conditions here.





If you don?t know in retrospect to a prior rater comments; there is a past flood condition that has never been corrected here.




(I agree with a prior rating that maybe this is the reason for mold all through out the apartment that just gets painted over and breaks out when it is cold, prior water damage and condensation = MOLD)




The manager will not disclose that, as if everything is fine. In 2000, the residents had to be rescued by the Fire Department the floods got so bad.





The apartments are way over priced for what is offered.




Be very careful, I do not recommend this SLUM!

I have lived in eatoncrest for two years and it has been a living h@#$%. FLOODS FLOODS FLOODS....and trust me they dont take any credit when you total your car that was parked in their lot... Squirrels come out of the walls and show up in your kitchen....the cellings leak and makebig brown spots on your roof....they dont answer emergency calls quickly so you could be locked out of your house for hours.....Rude people work at Eatoncrest Not willing to meet you halfway with any problems that you have...SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DONT MOVE TO THIS DUMP IN EATONTOWN....
