A - The comments on people like to complain, should be simply put a word of mouth or a friendly warning from being ripped off.

B - Everyone is entitled to thier opionion if some residents did not have as bad of an experience that many of us had good for them.

My experience is the same as many have posted.

Lived at EatonCrest for One long year, in the cold weather had the MOLD through out the apartment and nothing was done by management to really correct the problem.

I feel they can not provide for the tenants what they should for the amount you pay.

I was dissatisfied with the parking and snow removal.

I would not recommend EatonCrest, Look somewhere else.
