I have lived at Eaton Crest for 1yr and 3mos
I did enjoy the apartment at first but during the winter I too had the mold problem. I was told by the apartment manager that the windows needed to be replaced. She even went as far as to giving me a date on when they would be replaced. Well that time has come and gone and I still live with the mold. I am going to go to court armed with a year's worth of photo's and a work order from last year that was never completed, in the hopes of getting a judge to release me from my lease. If this fails I will notify the health dept. I will direct them to this site and also send them my photos.
NOT SAFE I CARRY A WEAPON AT NIGHT
VERY DISGUSTED
DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT IT
STAY AWAY
